Our friendly and professional Karma Army can be your first line of customer contact, through email, web forms or social media pages. They can quickly respond to enquiries and either resolve the issue if it is simple or forward the matter to the relevant person in your business; keeping your customers happy with a minimum of fuss.
They are also capable of making many of the day-to-day updates to your social media platforms based on as much input as you want to give. Tell them your phone number has changed, and they'll make all the neccessary edits. Tell them about a relevant news story and they can post the links to every platform.
How does it work?
We aim to be as flexible as you could hope. Work out how much time you spend on managing your web presence (or how much you know you should be) and let us do it for you. You get that time back and because we're efficient you could save money as well.
We charge by the hour and let you be as prescriptive as you want with what we do in that time. On a quiet month, if you don't use all your service time, it will accrue for later use. If things are going smoothly you can reduce your allowance. Equally, you can increase your support as your business commitments grow.
Support is billed monthly in advance and has no fixed length. We can submit time use proposals before work is carried out and report on how time was spent. Reporting is allocated from service time allowance.

Therefore we do not tag on an SEO "feature" to our standard web development packages as an excuse to inflate the price. Instead, as standard, we simply do sensible things that will give search engines a better chance of indexing your site.
